  Clean and some parts of the room were newly renovated. Other items in the room could use to be updated but does not look dirty or unsanitary. Own unit entrance from parking lot and room had large flats creek tv as well as air conditioning.

  They are very over priced and the quality of the rooms is deplorable. The restruant has been upgraded recently but they are usually under staffed due to poor scheduling. They're also one of the few places left that has a smoking section and if the other rooms are booked guess what ones they'll stick you with without telling you?

  Stayed in motel part. This is separated by a highway so the WiFi did not work 99% of the time. Not much competition in grandfalls means you're staying in this sub 3 star joint for the cost of a 4.5 star hotel. Parking lot full of deep pot holes. Shower fittings old as the hills and virtually no water pressure. Did I mention the major highway separating the motel from the office meaning a 5 minute drive in traffic just to check out? Ranks right up there as one of the worst hotel/motel experiences and I've been in a lot as a government worker.

  Room was clean and staff were friendly. Located right off the highway and easy to access.
